a long time and a far way to go

well it's been over a year perhaps and i've definetly neglected this avenue as a means to push forward and challenge myself.  So here's to get to gettin.

Its closing down and time is pushing me forward.  thinking about my exhibition and my ideas for this project I'm realizing I need to be more clear and direct with myself.  I feel like a tent on a windy mountain not sure whether to hunker down or just blow right off into the clouds up up up rising into the universe.

AFFINE TRANSFORMATIONS

I've been grappling for a couple of days thinking about a tittle for my show.  I wanted to feel that somehow connected with it.  At first I was very interested in the ideas around abstract scenarios and unknown anomalies but then i started thinking about things in and of themselves.  Walking to class tonight I ran into my friend Ben I told him how I had been struggling with this and he recomended that I try calling my dad and asking him.  Well I did and just off the phone a couple of minuites ago.  We talked about my idea for my show and what the concept was and he, being the quantum mathematician he is jumped at the idea of thought forms. He said you know what it is called, what your doing, it's called Affine Transformations....

thoughts for an exhibition title: A testimony of unknown anomalies and abstract scenarios, things in and of themselves, that which is precieved far removed from things in itself.

I found a word that I really like NOUMENA - which breaks down to thing in itself, kinda catchy right?

PHENOMENA - any occurence that is observable that consists of matter, energy, and spacetime
